We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sula Graham for her exceptional facilitation of the "Navigating Race" workshop on behalf of our Race Equality Network. Sula skillfully created a safe and empowering space for Multi Ethnic colleagues within our organisation to openly share their lived experiences with our senior leaders.
The workshop began by celebrating the richness and beauty of our diverse cultures, setting a positive tone for the discussions that followed. Participants courageously delved into the challenging topics of microaggressions, career progression, authenticity, and the unique pressures faced by Multi- Ethnic colleagues in senior positions. There was laughter and tears but overall worth it.
We are immensely thankful to everyone who took part in this important dialogue, as well as to our senior leaders for their active participation and willingness to listen and learn. Together, we explored new perspectives and gained valuable insights that will help shape a more inclusive and supportive workplace for all.
As we concluded the session, we focused on positive solutions and actionable steps to foster a more equitable and understanding environment within our organisation. Sula's guidance and expertise were instrumental in making this workshop a transformative experience for all involved.
Thank you, Sula, for your dedication to facilitating meaningful conversations and for helping us move towards a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

I am not sure I have the words to express my gratitude for the training session this afternoon. To see my fellow colleagues engage so well on a very emotive theme, was amazing.
The seeds of change have been successfully sown.
I am still awestruck!
Head of EDI at Enfield Grammar School
Sula has been consulting for WorkSpa since 2016 when the company was launched. She supported our leadership team, coaching them on the day-to-day running of a business and how to best support our employees and clients.
As the business grew, she went on to set up our diversity and inclusion programme, which she now heads up and delivers to our clients across the UK.
Her dedication, expertise and support have been invaluable. She has been a pleasure to work with.

Sula gave Indie Novella a clear insight into what we needed to do to take our project with the Arts Council forward and how we could both reach and gain the trust of different communties in London. With Sula's help we've been able to draft an action plan to connect with the right stakeholders and put in place a series of activities to enhance engagement.
Being in the hall with all my colleagues watching you and listening to you talking to us about diversifying the curriculum was like a dream coming true! It was excellent; you pitched the session exactly at the right level and I thought it was very well received.
